The Entrepreneur Space is an incubator which can be the starting place for many types of businesses. The heart is the 6000 sq ft commercial kitchen for budding foodpreneurs, but we also can be the home for businesses offering services requiring a semi-private or private office or businesses providing seminars/courses by using our classroom or conference rooms.

The Commercial Kitchen

The commercial kitchen is divided into 4 separate kitchen bays, enabling us to have 4 different food manufacturers manufacturing at each shift. The kitchen is open 24/7, rented on a shift basis. Clients using the kitchen area also receive up to 2-hours of our staff’s time devoted to them to assist them in chopping, scooping cookies, packaging the product. The Kitchen is street level and there is free parking for clients during production use. Bay door for easy loading and deliveries.

Hours of Availability and Rates Kitchen A/B/C/D

  • Day shift $235.00 7:30am-3:30pm (8-hour shift)
  • Evening shift $197.00 4pm-11:30pm (7.5-hour shift)
  • Overnight shift $165 12am-6:30am (6.5-hour shift)
  • Prices include all utilities, carting (garbage pick-up), pest control, cleaning supplies and chemicals, 2 hours of our staff’s time devoted to your production, free parking during production shift.

Kitchen A

  •  6-burner stove
  • Double deck convection oven with 8 racks
  • 3 stainless steel tables totaling 24 ft of workspace

This kitchen is perfect for makers of bottled products, caterers, home meal delivery businesses.

Kitchen B or C

  • Hobart double rack revolving rack baking oven capable of handling 30 full size sheet pans at one time
  • 2 stainless steel worktables and 1 butcher block table totaling 24 ft of workspace
 

This kitchen is perfect for bakers with the special baking oven and is close to the mixers.

Kitchen D

Separate room, temperature controlled 67-72 degrees; Since this is a separate room gluten-free production can be done; batch testing should be part of the gluten-free process.

Monday thru Friday:

  • Morning shift $60.00 8:30am-12:30pm (4 hours)
  • Afternoon shift $45.00 1pm-4pm (3 hours)
  • Evening shift $45.00 $5:30pm-8:30pm (3 hours) (currently not available)

 

Saturdays (currently not available):

  • Morning shift $60.00 9:30am-1:30pm (4 hours)
  • Afternoon shift $52.50 2pm-5:30pm (3.5 hours)

Packaging Room

Temperature controlled for the packaging/fulfillment of finished goods to be shipped or delivered to the client. No cooking is allowed in this room.

Offices

Fully furnished spaces of various sizes are the perfect place to start your service business when you have outgrown your home. The spaces range from 35 sq ft to 1900 sq ft. Price includes light housekeeping, acceptance of mail and packages, and limited wifi access.
